the main winter event on the Côte d’Azur,  one of the biggest  Carnival in the world, will be offering a program of unforgettable entertainment closed to the Massena Hotel  .An event quite unique in the world not to be missed!   

I n the Massena square, visual entertainment will be broadcasting on giant screens. For the evening events, the floats are illuminated and the parades light up the heart of Nice.

For the 69th edition, the International fair of Nice 2013 will take place from the 9 till the 18 March on three sites, (both Exhibition palaces, Acropolis and l'Esplanded Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny).

INTERNATIONAL SEMI-MARATHON OF NICE 2013

 Come and celebrate the 22st edition of the international Semi-Marathon of Nice this year on Sunday 21st April.

The international half marathon in Nice 2013 is one of the main sporting events on the French Riviera to share with your family.

Départure : 9.30am  on the Promenade des Anglais in front of Théâtre de Verdure.
Arrival : Quai des Etats-Unis (Promenade des Anglais)

IRONMAN TRIATHLON - IRONKID 2013

If you are a participant or a visitor, you can reserve at the Massena hotel our special offers in the heart of the event.

Swim 3.8 km The start will be given on the beach of the « Centenaire”.

Bike 180 km  The Bike race will be accomplished in 1 loop starting on the Promenade des Anglais. You will ride through beautiful cities and villages.  The total climbing altitude: 1800m

Run 42.2 km It consists in a10, 5km loop which has to be done 4 times along the seaside of Nice, this time the race will be accomplished in a flat floor and take the time to admire the sea!

For the youngest, Iron KIDS will take place, as every year, during the cycle part of the Ironman in Nice. The young athletes will take the departure on the Beach of “Centenaire” and will finish their race on the Promenade des Anglais, just under the bridge of the IRONMAN Nice Triathlon.

TOUR OF FRANCE 2013

 Nice The city of the Tour de France 2013 !     

From Saturday June 29^th to Sunday July 21^th 2013, the 100^th Tour de France will be made up of 21 stages and will cover a distance of 3,360 kilometers.

On July 2nd the 2013 Tour arrives back on mainland Europe in Nice the Cote d'Azur capital and th next day on wednesday  july 3^rd it is the city of Cagnes sur Mer the  5^th Stage of the Tour de France 2013 that the runners will leave on the 219km to join the city of Marseille.
