How do you get to Castle Hill from the hotel?
From the Best Western Plus Hôtel Masséna Nice, cross Place Masséna, then follow the Promenade du Paillon towards Old Nice. Continue to Quai des États-Unis and the entrance to the hill. Allow approximately 24 minutes on foot to reach the main viewing platforms.
For an easier route, you can take the free lift located at 1 Rue des Ponchettes, approximately 14 minutes on foot from the hotel. From there, a short walk leads to the park’s viewpoints.
Tip: walk across the park to the viewpoint overlooking the port. The contrast between the boats, the port district’s façades and Mont Boron is well worth the detour.

How do you get to Port Lympia from the hotel?
On foot, cross Old Nice, then follow Rue Cassini to the harbour. The distance is approximately 1.5 kilometres, or around 20 minutes on foot.
You can also take tram line 2 or line 3 towards Port Lympia. From the hotel, walk to the Jean Médecin or Durandy stop. Allow approximately 16 minutes in total, including walking time. The indicative price of a Solo ticket on the Lignes d’Azur network is €1.70.
