GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions of sales below are effective from June 1, 2013 for an indefinite period. Nevertheless, the hotel reserves the right to modify them without notice. Only the conditions in force at the time of the customer’s effective stay are contractual and are an integral part of the Sales Contract. Any client wishing to stay at the hotel will be subject to the said conditions and required to respect them without condition of reserve.
RESERVATION
A credit card number is required to confirm any reservation. A pre-authorization will be done on your card before your arrival. In the case of refusal of authorization by the credit card center, or in the case of an invalid card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notice.
Please note that the credit card used for the reservation must be the same as the person staying at the hotel.
You will have to present the credit card used to guarantee the reservation or to make the prepayment to the hotel.
Reservations are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our reservations department.
CANCELLATION
Please refer to the conditions mentioned on your reservations, as they are inherent to the chosen rate (flexible rate, non-refundable…) The hotel reserves the right to apply special cancellation conditions in the case of a reservation exceeding 4 rooms.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
The rooms are made available to the client from 3:00 pm (on the day of the arrival). The rooms must be vacated before noon on the day of the departure.
Any occupancy exceeding these time slots may result in the billing of an additional night. Clients occupying the rooms must adopt, in all circumstances, a behavior compatible with the rules of politeness, respect, decency and generally allowing the peace of all. Rooms may be checked before check-out. In case of damage, penalties to cover the cost of cleaning or replacement may be charged to the client at the check-out.
BILLING/RATES/PAYMENT
Rates vary depending on the time and the day of booking.
Payment of the stay must be made at the time of check-in. Stays longer than one week may be billed weekly. The hotel accepts payment in cash in the currency of France (Euro), by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express), by vacation checks (ANCV and related conditions). The hotel does not accept any payment by bank check.
All of our rates include VAT, are net of any commission and are expressed in euros only. They are calculated according to the VAT rates in force at the date of the offer, and are therefore likely to be adjusted without prior notice in case of any change in the VAT rate.
The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipalities, is not included in our rates. It is per person, per night, from the age of 18.
Only the services explicitly mentioned in the booking confirmation are guaranteed.
The Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons not listed on the reservation confirmation.
If the number of persons occupying the room(s) does not conform to the number of persons booked:
1/ The establishment may ask the client to pay additional fees (extra bed, extra room...)
In case of refusal of the client to pay the extra charge induced by the additional person(s) to the initial reservation), the Management reserves the right to refuse the accommodation of the persons not listed on the reservation confirmation.
The hotel reserves the right to apply special payment conditions in the case of a reservation exceeding 4 rooms.
2/ If the hotel's availability does not allow to accommodate the additional guests, and the client wishes to cancel the entire stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge the entire 1st night's stay of each cancelled room as a penalty.
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons under the age of majority unless accompanied by an adult. Proof of age may be required upon arrival.
The client is reminded, in accordance with article L. 121-21 and following of the Consumer Code, that he does not have the right of withdrawal. The Terms and Conditions of Sale of the reserved fare specify the modalities of cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.
In the event of a dispute and if the hotel's customer service does not provide a satisfactory response within 60 days, the customer may contact the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and procedures are available on his website: www.mtv.travel.com.
